They do a lot of work that are unappreciated and uncompensated.

1. PRIVATE TUTORING: Many teachers are cashing out on this. As a Teacher, you can offer your teaching services offline and online. There are some online tutoring companies that sign up teachers and assign them to tutor in different homes. Examples of these companies are Tuteria, PrepClass, TutorNG, SuperProf etc.
Apart from signing up with these companies, teachers can get tutoring gigs on their own if they are able to harness the potential of social media.
By building your brand as a teacher, you can get many tutoring gigs via social media.
